Sapa's 2nd Day at Work
No pictures of his first day of work..it was busy... He likes all the customers and not so much all the dogs who came in. On his first day he met a hairless kitten (4 months old ) they touched noses. A little dog, they played a bit. His 2nd day..he barked more at the dogs. Not sure the meaning of the bark he was giving, he was getting over stimulated. Later when another customer came in with a large quiet dog, I took Sapa farther back into the store and worked on him paying attention to me (I had some yummy treats!). And we slowly made our way to the front of the store where the dog was. We made it all the way to the registers and no bark! He learns fast! The photos are of Sapa meeting co-workers little dog. Time to go home..he was very tired from his 2nd day...right after this photo was taken and the car started he rested his head on his paws and went to sleep..all the way home (about 1/2 drive). ttfn

Sonko teaching Sapa how to play his way. Later this evening Sapa actually got the ball!! Did't give it back but he got it before Sonko!! Sonko has to change up his running game now little one is learning fast! ttfn

California Drought Style Back yard
This is what happened to my back yard with no watering...4 th year of draught (California, 2015) My dogs kick up a lot of dusty dirt! If we get rain, it's going to be mud fun! My concern is the erosion that has been happening. I am looking into getting fill dirt or a road base to add to my beautiful yard. ttfn

My Angel Hair yarn...which kitty loved it? It was wrapped 3 times around the cat loved recliner and twice around the floor lamp. ttfn
Jalincha and Zaramama
It's been a long time since I updated..been busy with new position at work and two extra PIO's. Here is a video (not edited) of Zaramama (aka Zara), coated PIO and Jalincha (Sonja's beloved). These two and Sonko (my other PIO) love to run. Sonko was not in the video due to the girls needed some girl time but you can hear him being upset about the whole thing..don't worry he got to run with them. I can run Jalincha with my dogs and then run Mochica (another of Sonja's) with my pack. BUT not Jalincha and Mochica together! They posture and growl at each other as they pass each others crates or see each other through the glass door. Jalincha is one person dog. She loved and trusted Sonja and now me (not a lot, but it's there).
Another update with photos..
WOW two updates in one day! Must mean...there will be a dry spell for a bit! The Kritter Kids are adjusting to life with the two who are staying with us. Lots to write but I just don't feel like it! I have done updates with those involved. 4 bald Kritters. Willow is giving a sleepy wink. I think I need a bigger recliner! No room for me! So here I sit on my computer chair! ttfn
Up date with photos!
It's been a long while since I updated anything!! In the TNG Kritter world, I have taken in two of my friend's dogs, Sonja passed away suddenly and I was able and willing to help. The two girls are here now waiting on final arrangements for their forever homes.

At work...Sonko with Cory Sonko (9 months old) got a new jacket, a Kong ball and some cookies. There goes my paycheck! I can't take that pup anywhere with me without him getting something! He makes friends easier with a Kong Ball than with treats! The above photo is where he found his beloved toys! The ones that are hung with no outside wrapping are just out of his reach so he used the little red dog house to step on to get to them! In the office area where I work. I put the leash on the arm of the office chair and he is pretty good for a few seconds..then he gets bored and he shows that by whining and hitting me with his paws. See the stare he gives in the photo to the left. Get that look then off we go for parking lot walks. He prances, holding his head high! He is such a kick! While the owner of the store was talking to a customer who was telling about her dogs mouth sores and all the different foods and meds Sonko wanted to see her...
Dogs....
Zara is on my Sh*t list today...This morning I heard a scraping sound (I'm still 1/2 asleep) thinking it was Kat's cat playing with her toy. When I finally realize it's not the cat, I get up, open my door (it was ajar), I see Zara chewing the wall!!! She put a hole in the wall!!! These PIO's are costing me way too much! Literally eating me out of house and home!!! Sonko thinks I am beating him up!! He is so clumsy! I leaned over to pet his side at the same time he decided that he needed to inspect his underside real quick. He ended up smacking his muzzle into a door! He cried out a tiny bit while taking off running. I found him and tried to check his mouth, of course he has to cover all his teeth with his lips!! So there I am on the floor trying to pry his lips off his teeth in his open mouth. His mouth looks ok..but he gives me this look like "why?? what did I do???" Sigh...Got love them! I went to work today at Happy Tails...took Sonko with me. He s...
